Chaos: The Unspoken

Hello. I thought I'd just post the plot of my latest story here and see how it rolls. I'm only just beginning to write it, and it'll probably take me a while, but if you guys are interested I may put it up here as I go along.
Basically, it's about an 16-year-old boy named Tadashii who was forced to become a soldier. Against his will, he had to leave his mother and sisters to fight in a war he had no interest in, and was given little to no training or preparation for the fighting; save from the games he had played with his long-deceased father when he was a child. After a year of intense battle, Tadashii made a dire mistake, and was cursed by a witch and sent to his world- Kaosu- except 3,000 years later. Tadashii awoke in this unusual world with no knowledge of who he was or any of his past. Kaosu, which now had much better technology than it had during Tadashii's time, was in the midst of a huge 10-year world war. While Tadashii is searching for answers to the many questions he has and why he can't remember anything, he meets a troupe of orphans whose parents were killed during the war. Soon, his new friends are willing to aid him in his quest, but only if he helps them end the war and the chaos that is now spreading throughout Kaosu.

I love stories full of chaos an war. They make for exciting adventures and strong, twisted characters. I can't wait to get to know Tadashii more. Is there a reason why he wishes not to fight in the war, for usually young men are willing due to duty and honor or recklessness.
Is each orphan going to have a story of their own?
I'm curious, now. This sounds really interesting.

Yes, each orphan has been given a carefully considered back story. To tell you the truth, I'm still working on developing some of the characters; I hope it comes out alright. I love them all to bits, though. <3
And yes, there are reasons why Tadashii wishes not to fight in the war. Mostly, he does not want to leave his mother and sisters alone and unsupported, but there are a few other reasons that I'll place in the story (once I finish the first chapter... I'm taking a while because of all of the schoolwork I have to do).
