I can feel the self confidence just oozing out of you...= =U
You can make money.
You can totally make the costumes.
So you have nothing to worry about.

Maybe.
I don't want to talk about it.
I'm too tired to think about making his psychotic costumes..

Dude, I kid. I'm being rather negative tonight.
I just don't feel like cosplaying, let alone talking about it. xD

Change of mood. Writing helps.
I could never stop cosplaying, and Bella wouldn't want to either.

Re: Kuroshitsuji Cosplay
I did some research on the Victorian Era, since Kuroshitsuji is based in 1888 of London, and found many funny things which explained oddities in the series. x'D
• I first looked into fashion, since the clothes Yana Toboso drew seemed somewhat inconstant. By this, I mean all main characters had unique costumes, while the general public crowds did not. Most of their attire was relatively accurate, but she broke a few rules. Apparently, I've read that long skirts and high boots were worn due to manners; showing the leg was seen as absolutely forbidden, as influenced by Queen Victoria. So why in the heck is Ciel the only one who wears shorts?! xD Lawl lawl lawl. And then there's Grell, in that little boys uniform. Really!? Apparently the main characters touch on the forbidden waaaay to much. XD
• The word 'masochism', or experiencing sexual pleasure from pain, was derived from the Victorian era. Surprise surprise! XD "Unsurprisingly it is at this time that Baron Leopold von Sacher-Masoch, from whence we originate the word masochism, wrote freely of experiences with his mistress in which allowed her to whip and walk on him before kissing the shoes that had caused him pain." Wow. Just wow. XD
• A detective by the name of Frederick Abberline was one historical figure who investigated the Jack the Ripper serial killings. In Kuroshitsuji, he became loyal to Ciel, and saved him, losing his life in the process.
• The series is accurate; electricity did develop during this time. "During the same period London's water supply network was expanded and improved, and a gas network for lighting and heating was introduced in the 1880s. Gas lighting became widespread during the Victorian era in industry, homes, public buildings and the streets."
• "Prostitution and slavery was common, and flourished within wealthy nobleman. Although manners and etiquette were strict and scandals few, beneath it all was a dark exchange." Judging by clips and images from the anime and manga, Ciel could have been stuck as a slave, prostitute, or both. ;_;
Anyway, those were the pieces I thought pertained to the series. I can't explain the cell phones; a Japanese woman is hard-pressed to write about Londom, England society. She might throw in inaccuracies. But Jack the Ripper was in fact a murderer of medical skill, who did remove organs and focused his killings on prostitutes. All records of his killings are from 1888, within the Victorian Era.
